1. 4 laps around the football pitch
2. 40 push-ups
3. 80 squats
4. 10 lunges per leg
5. 50 sit-ups
6. 20 back extensions
7. 2 laps around the football pitch
= 18min 16sec
The aim is to get that down to somewhere b/w 15 and 16 minutes in 3 weeks! Wish me luck!
